EasyBiz Finance Customers have the right to cancel an application for finance and if the cancellation was made BEFORE work has commenced, EasyBiz Finance Customers will refund the application fee in full.
Alternatively, whilst EasyBiz Finance Customers have the right to cancel an application for finance and if the cancellation was made AFTER work has commenced, EasyBiz Finance Customers will not receive a refund of the application fee.
If the application for finance fails for any reason after the application fee has been paid, EasyBiz Finance Customers will refund the application fee in full.
Once agreements have been executed, legal costs incurred in preparing those agreements are payable by EasyBiz Finance Customers. There is no avenue for refund of legal fees once the agreements have been signed and paid.
