How does it work?

• We put this knowledge to assess the development in terms of its financial viability; builders’ ability to construct; marketing and presale program; and your experience as well.
• If you want to build your own premises, the assessment is a little less vigorous.
• We then see how much equity you have and how much you need to borrow.
• If necessary we work through the financial process with you all the way.
• Once you are happy we complete a loan submission for you for commercial purposes.
• Please note that we only work with commercial and investment purposes and not your home.

• For every $100 we lend you, it will cost you 62 cents* pa.

*Cost will depend upon the interest rate and the equity deposited. The above price is calculated on an interest rate of 9.2%.
